Personal training is about more than just exercise.

You don’t need to train like an athlete to feel the benefits. Small, consistent steps, like a walk in the park, a class with friends, or a simple routine at home can lift your mood, ease stress, and boost your confidence.
Of course, starting (or starting again) can feel daunting. I’ve been there too, and that’s exactly where a personal trainer comes in. My role is to guide you, keep things simple, support you when life gets busy, and help you build a routine that genuinely works for your lifestyle.

My approach
I believe exercise should feel achievable, effective, and empowering, not confusing or intimidating. That’s why I always start with the basics: learning how to move well, with good technique, so you build strength safely and confidently.
Together, we’ll find the right level of challenge for you. Enough to make progress, but never so much that it feels overwhelming. Alongside movement, we’ll look at how to fuel your body with the right nutrition to give you energy for your workouts and support your recovery afterward.
The goal isn’t just to “get through” a session, but to develop skills and habits that help you feel stronger, more energetic, and more capable in everyday life.
